Delete your Zuniva account
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Fastest option: delete in the app
Sign in, open Settings, and choose “Delete My Account.” Your account is closed and signed out right away, and the deletion process removes your data.
Can't sign in? Request deletion here
Submit the email address on your account and we'll verify ownership and delete it. You can also email support@zuniva.org from that address.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, sign-in credentials, and account settings
- Conversations, prayers, journal entries, gratitude, and notes
- Your streaks, badges, and personal activity history
- Your Circle memberships and personal check-ins
What is retained
- Content you shared with a Circle stays visible to that Circle, detached from your name
- Circle governance history and abuse or service-usage records — 12 months
- Safety, moderation, reporting, and security records — 24 months
- Financial and billing records required by law and by our payment processor — 7 years
Retained records keep only an internal identifier plus the details required for that purpose — not your email, name, or personal spiritual content — and are removed automatically once the period ends.
